Bb Mobile Learn on Some Shiny New Toys

CTIA's Fall 2010 show was a bustle of wireless technology developers, business-people, and entrepreneurs. I had the opportunity, along with my colleague Eric Denman, to spend a few days at the Samsung booth, where we were featuring our Blackboard Mobile Learn app on Samsung's Galaxy S smartphone and the yet-to-be-released Galaxy Tab tablet device. I had the opportunity to talk to hundreds of booth visitors fascinated by the direction education was taking, and eager to learn about the mobile technologies their own children will be using in the future, if not today. Change of Address

Over the past two years, we have been fortunate enough to grow from five to nearly 50 people, quickly outgrowing our office space. With heavy hearts (and battle scars from myriad Nerf gun skirmishes and ping-pong games gone horribly wrong), we began our search for a new home.

We searched high and low, to find that the perfect spot was right under our nose...if not 60 feet away. Blackboard Mobile has moved all the way from 70 Gold St. to 40 Gold St. in San Francisco. Different brick façade on the outside, still the same yummy, chewy Blackboard Mobile center on the inside. All of Blackboard Mobile is excited about our new space and its potential for collaboration and creativity. Plus, we are now joined by our colleagues from Xythos and Connect!
